01Conduct and document individual or group supervision meetings for assigned rehabilitative staff at required frequencies.
02Complete direct observation at a frequency informed by regulation, payer requirements, staff experience, demonstrated skill, risk, and corrective-action needs.
03Review selected records for alignment among the authorized service, treatment-plan objective, intervention delivered, individual response, progress, and next step.
04Coach staff on teaching, modeling, rehearsal, reinforcement, age-appropriate adaptation, family involvement, and other rehabilitative methods within their competence.
05Identify and correct drift into psychotherapy, generic companionship, transportation, recreation, case management, or other activities outside the authorized service.
06Track training, competency, observation, documentation quality, performance concerns, remediation, and service-readiness status for each supervised professional.
07Monitor field safety, privacy, incident reporting, risk escalation, missed services, and continuity of care across the supervised caseload.
08Coordinate clinical questions and changes in need with the appropriate LPHA, therapist, psychiatric provider, or quality leader.
09Support onboarding, audit preparation, payer review, corrective-action plans, and continuous improvement of the MHR program.
